        We may provide usage data to YouTube if and only if your organization embed videos hosted on YouTube. Also, we’re using Gmail to process enquiry data, customer relationship data, and correspondence data if you use our contact form of forum for the purposes mentioned in Section 3. Gmail and YouTube are services of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google uses cookies, and with it we are providing usage data for the purposes mentioned in Section 3. The usage data that’s created by using our website will generally be transferred to and stored on a server hosted by Google in the USA. We have Standard Contractual Clauses with Google.         If and only if you're not a paying customer we will use Hotjar to try and better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device's IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website).     3. We use YouTube to offer you an optional video service in our services. You’ll only get cookies from YouTube if your organization embeds videos on YouTube. This service uses cookies for displaying advertisements that will be relevant to you. You can view the privacy policy of this service provider at https://policies.google.com/privacy. It is in our legitimate interest to add interesting and affordable options to our services, in particular to provide you with an opportunity to embed videos in your content and to watch them. We would not be able to provide this service to you for free without using YouTube’s services. The YouTube cookies are only set when viewing H5P content that includes a YouTube video. Blocking the YouTube cookies is not possible for us without blocking the entire YouTube video. Blocking the video would destroy the entire content.     4. We use Google's reCAPTCHA for preventing spam requests on our self-signup form. reCAPTCHA checks to see if the computer or mobile device has a Google cookie placed on it. A reCAPTCHA-specific cookie gets placed on the user's browser, and a complete snapshot of the user's browser window is captured.
